1）Sales professional or Assistant Sales Manager for Drivetrain products


Work location:	Tokyo Head Office
Responsibilities:	The main responsibilities of this position will be for Japanese auto makers (1.) to act as a sales and business development professional, (2.) to support on products development program management, (3.) to work to maintain and/or improve customer relationship. The main responsibility will be for light vehicle driveline products.
Primary Duties:	● Work with Dana global sales/business development and engineering team to support and promote Dana light vehicle driveline products to Japanese automakers. ● Support on the program (progress and time) management throughout the product development cycle. ● Make efforts to maintain and/or improve the general customer relationship.
Requirements:	● 4-year University/College degree ● A minimum of 10 years of work experience preferably in Automotive industry Requirements (All positions) ● Bachelor’s degree ● A minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in Automotive industry ● Motivated, accepts responsibilities and challenges, self-management, and discipline ● Able to work in a multi-national team ● Will be under English language environment most of the time. ● Able to work in Japanese (above N2 level) and English (TOEIC: above 750 points) ● Able to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes very frequently. May require several overseas business trips per year. ● Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skill ● Accept flexible work hours as needed (early morning / late night meeting and calls) ● Able to use software such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other basic ones
Salary:	Negotiable, based on experience
Holidays:	Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, based on the company calendar (2017:125 days)

2）Application Engineer for Drivetrain products


Work location:	Toyohashi Engineering Center
Responsibilities:	The main responsibilities of this position will be for Japanese automakers (1.) project engineering (2.) to work to maintain and/or improve technology and quality of products (3.) to support on program development. The main responsibility will be for light vehicle driveline products.
Primary Duties:	● Work with Dana global engineering groups and sales/business development team to support and promote technology and quality of Dana light vehicle driveline products to Japanese automakers. ● Tear down analysis, benchmarking, and assembly of auto parts and prepare test reports for DANA engineering group ● Support project launch of global production plants, quality and VA/VE etc. ● CAD data exchange, printout, and translation Work with sale/business development team to support expanding our business.
Requirements:	● Mechanical Engineering BS Degree preferred. Consideration may be given to candidates with other engineering degrees such as electric/electrical degrees ● A minimum of 3 years of work experience in engineering (preferred in Power Train or Driveline component evaluation) ● CAD (IDEAS, Pro-E, NX, CATIA) experience ● Excellent mechanical aptitude Requirements (All positions) ● Bachelor’s degree ● A minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in Automotive industry ● Motivated, accepts responsibilities and challenges, self-management, and discipline ● Able to work in a multi-national team ● Will be under English language environment most of the time. ● Able to work in Japanese (above N2 level) and English (TOEIC: above 750 points) ● Able to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes very frequently. 3）Sales Engineer (Thermal, Sealing)


Work location:	Tokyo Head Office
Responsibilities:	The main responsibilities of this position will be for Japanese automakers (1.) project engineering (2.) to work to maintain and/or improve technology and quality of products (3.) to support on program development. The main responsibility will be for powertrain products and electric vehicle technologies
Primary Duties:	● Work with Dana global engineering groups and sales/business development team to support and promote technology and quality of Dana Power Technologies Group products to Japanese automakers. ● Customer meetings and visits ● CAD data format exchange, printout, and translation ● Work with sale/business development team members to support expanding our business.
